Haven't owned this since the days of eight tracks, still just as good as back then.
My love for George Harrison proves well with the crazy within you without you, my favorite. A day. blah blah blah. My sister is a huge beatles fan and i've heard so much about this album. Its good but the most essential album is revolver or rubber soul Though, she's leaving home, getting better, and good morning, good morning are my favorites on the album. It seemed too poppy and is not a concept album by any reach of the mind. Lucy.
If you're looking for a fun, whimsical, upbeat record from this Beatles, this is a winner.
Now it seems the most natural thing in the world, then it seemed they were into sabotage. Where else could they go really. Its no surprise the white album, their biggest album of all time and most introspective came just after this, along with their marriages, and separate careers which were extremely rich outpourings. The Beatles last polished staged effort. It was sort of the end of the Beatles. Artistically they went from their art and music as a group into their relationships and marriages.
when im sixty four is one of the ultimate pop songs so many hooks so catchy.the title track brilliantly opens up the album.within you without you george comes out about his eastern tastes.shes leaving homes the harmonys are awesome.bottom line this is the greatest album of all time and the beatles have all good records every one 5 stars but this one is far above the rest. i think its pretty obvious that there is a lot to this record but the first thing ill start with is the cover, its a spectacle for the ages i could just stand stare at it for hours and hours but lets get to the music.the music is just phenomonal a day in the life has turned me on(no pun intended) to slower music.the thing about lucy in the sky with diamonds is it's not the music its the imagery you need to envision it. sgt. peppers lonely hearts club band is the greatest piece of music i've ever heard in my life.i am only twelve years old and i know that this is the most innovative record of all time.
